Where can I get support if I encounter problems using the SMSzipper on my mobile?

SMSzipper looks completely different on my phone and the screenshots on the website are also different from what I saw on other Nokia phones. Why?
Because the screenshots have been taken on a Nokia E61 phone which also had a S60 theme installed, showing a SMSzipper logo in the background.
Is there a download version of the SMSzipper theme for Nokia S60 phones?
No, not yet. Once we have additional data, media, or themes to share, you will find this stuff on the SMSzipper website.
We tried to transfer the SMSzipper installation file smszipper.jar to another phone using Bluetooth in order to install SMSzipper. We have transferred images and text successfully - we cannot send the SMSzipper file. Why?
This is a known problem, resp. limitation, on i.e. Nokia phones which prevent you from sending *.jar or *.sisx installation files. A workaround that may or may not work is putting the *.jar file into a ZIP file for transfer - of course you need to be able to open ZIP files on the target phone.
Why is SMSzipper free?
The free versions of SMSzipper are sponsored by interested companies or acticom partners to reach specific customers groups or to brand a mobile application with their marks. This sponsoring makes sense with advertisement of course - links, logos, or advertisements for products and services can, but do not have to be, placed with the application, thus making these goods attractive to their customers.
Who sponsors the SMSzipper?
The current download version of SMSzipper shows information about O&O Software tools for Microsoft© Windows© operating systems by displaying some small text ads and product logos during operation of the SMSzipper application. Text is shown in the footer of a SMS message - exclusively within the SMSzipper. Logos are shown randomly.
How are advertisements or logos transferred?
No ads or messages are transferred or received. To make this possible, SMSzipper itself contains all necessary information about the sponsor products. The information is displayed randomly and data is never transmitted. Therefore capacity of SMS messages or functionality is not affected.
How long can I use the SMSzipper? What if the current sponsored version is not available anymore?
The free version of the SMSzipper can be used privately without limitation. If a sposoring campaign is over, you can continue to use the SMSzipper - or download another free version.
When will the SMSzipper business version be available?
SMSzipper with support for strong encryption of SMS messages is currently under test - the program will be available in Q1/2008. Depending on the demand, there might be a free beta-version of the business version available for download before.
